Through this MOU, both entities will leverage each other’s capacity on the journey to achieve mutual interests and bring about successes for derivatives market in the respective countries.

Under the clearing house of CDX, Goldwell Capital has been one of the top-three derivative brokers in Cambodia and has invested lots of resources and efforts in sharpening and developing its products and services to the highest-possible level. As such, Goldwell Capital’s credentials and advancement are well recognized by Sun Hill Assets looking to expand the size of its business and providing its clients especially derivative traders with the best trading experience through, among others, the most reliable trading platform and excellent customer service. All of these have an influential impact on the existence of this MOU.
“We at Goldwell Capital have a firm belief in good teamwork, so by partnering Sun Hill Assets, we will have extra stronger and healthier hands to swim further and dive deeper to search together for countless precious gems in the ocean of derivatives trading opportunities,” said Mr. Peter Cruz, Senior Executive Officer of Goldwell Capital.
“Providing outstanding services to the financial community around the world has been our mission at heart, so we are really excited about our MOU with Goldwell Capital. Through our joint efforts and commitment, we will be able to achieve more and we will continue to develop an even stronger collaboration and business innovations between Sun Hill Assets and Goldwell Capital,” said Mr. Guillaume Luccatio, Technical Director of Sun Hill Assets.
Cambodia’s derivatives market regulator SECC wholly welcomed and saw a great merit in this MOU.
“This collaboration will bring a great significance to Malaysia financial market as well as our Cambodia derivatives market as we have become an economic driving force in Southeast Asia in recent years. We are very pleased for both parties as well as with ourselves, for this collaboration results partially from CDX’s and our contribution to the constant promotion of our derivatives market and our derivative brokers on the international stage,” said H.E. Mr. Sou Socheat.
During the signing ceremony, CDX also congratulated Goldwell Capital on getting a strong partner in Sun Hill Assets.
“Our admiration goes to Goldwell Capital for quickly establishing itself to be one of the top derivative brokerage companies with international standards, and we also would like to applaud the decision of Sun Hill Assets on choosing Goldwell Capital as its investment partner. These two entities are a perfect match in terms of expertise, experience, professionalism, reputation, and most importantly vision, which is a good thing for our derivative industry,” said Mr. Lawrence Kook.
By agreement, the MOU commits both Goldwell Capital and Sun Hill Assets to working closely together towards their common goal—the pursuit and provision of the highest standard of services in the field of derivatives trading, which will create a holistic legacy and economically bring prosperity to both Cambodia and Malaysia alike.
