2024 Lunar New Year holiday customer service and deposit/withdrawal adjustment notice

During the Lunar New Year holiday period from February 9th to February 14th, 2024, there will be adjustments to the service hours (Cambodian time GMT+7) as follows:

1) Account Opening Applications:

Processing will be temporarily suspended from 3:00 PM on February 8th (Thursday) to February 14th (Wednesday) and will resume on February 15th (Thursday).

2) Online Consultation:

Services will be temporarily suspended after 3:00 PM on February 8th (Thursday) until February 14th (Wednesday) and will resume on February 15th (Thursday). For urgent transaction inquiries during this period, please email your queries to: dealing@009kh.com.

3) Deposits (Margin In) / Withdrawals (Margin Out)

Deposits (Margin In)

From February 9th (Friday) to February 14th (Wednesday), online deposits via Xpay, AX Pay, MTpay, and USDT transfers will be processed as usual. If there are errors in online deposit information or other methods (such as Huione Pay) are used for deposits, please email: dealing@009kh.com. Processing and confirmation may be delayed until February 15th (Thursday). During the Lunar New Year holiday period, for same-name account transfers, each transaction is limited to a maximum of $2,000. Transactions exceeding $2,000 will require additional review.

Withdrawals (Margin Out)

All withdrawal requests submitted after 11:00 AM on February 8th (Thursday) will be processed and resumed on February 15th (Thursday).

While trading hours for most commodities remain normal during the Lunar New Year, there may be limitations on online deposit amounts. We advise clients and partners to exercise caution, control positions, and maintain sufficient margin levels to avoid potential impacts on financial conditions.
