Warm greetings and Happy New Year! During the Lunar New Year holiday period from January 20th to January 27th, (Cambodia Time GMT+7), our services will have the following adjustments:

 

1.Account Opening Applications:

 

Will be suspended from January 20th (Friday) 3:00 PM to January 27th (Friday) and will resume on January 30th (Monday).

 

2.Online Consultations:

 

Will be suspended from January 20th (Friday) 3:00 PM onwards to January 27th (Friday), and will resume on January 30th (Monday). For any urgent transaction queries, please send your questions via email to dealing@009kh.com.

 

3.Deposits (Margin In) / Withdrawals (Margin Out)

 

Deposits (Margin In)

From January 20th (Friday) to January 27th (Friday), online payment through MT Pay, AX Pay and digital currency transfers will be processed normally. For any issues or other payment channels, please send an email to dealing@009kh.com, it may be confirmed on January 30th (Monday).

 

Withdrawals (Margin Out)

All withdrawal requests submitted after January 20th (Friday) 11:00 AM will be postponed and processed on January 30th (Monday)

 

Please note that while most trading session will remain normal during the Lunar New Year period, but there may be limitations on online payment amounts. We kindly ask our client and ambassador to keep an eye on the trading account position sizes and margin levels to avoid any potential impact on the holiday payment limitation.
