On Monday, March 23, 2020, US President Donald Trump unveiled plans that are considering reopening next week, following a 15-day shutdown. Even though the COVID-19 virus is spreading around the world.
Through the spread of the COVID-19, Global Central Banks have begun measures to avoid the effects caused by this virus. The Australian Federal Reserve plans to buy more than 2.35 billion dollars government bonds.

And Bank of Germany plans to inject $ 808 billion into financial markets, the Bank of Japan plans to inject more than 800 billion Japanese yen (7.3 billion US dollars) under the picture of long-term bond purchases from 3 to 10 years.

Meanwhile, Bank of New Zealand has also started begun measures to prevent the recession by purchasing up to 12 months of bonds with over $ 30 billion New Zealand Dollars equals about $ 17 billion US Dollars.
